The walks are held on the third Sunday of each month. Meet at the
flagpole near the nature cent. Bring water, binoculars, hats, but no dogs.
Every month, the Pasadena Audubon hosts free guided birding walks for birders of all ages and skill levels. These bird walks are a great way to see the variety of wild birds in the Pasadena area and meet fellow bird enthusiasts. No registration is required. Just bring your binoculars, field guide (if you have one) and optional camera (but please, no aggressive photography–we don’t want to scare the birds). The bird species count will be tallied at the end of the walk for your own personal records or for submission to eBird.
Binoculars are usually available for borrowing. Water and sunscreen are recommended.
Always check the Pasadena Audubon Bird Walk Events page prior to confirm that event details have not changed.
