2nd Annual Los Angeles Bird Festival on December 5th

On Saturday, December 5th, 2015, the Western National Parks Association is hosting the 2nd annual Bird Festival in Los Angeles at the Santa Monica Mountains Interagency Visitor Center. This free event is a great chance to meet local bird experts, go on a guided bird walk, watch a live bird presentation, and more. We had an awesome time at last year's bird fest. A schedule of the day's events:

9 AM–11 AM | Guided Bird Walks 10 AM | Hit the Ground Running: Roadrunners of Southern California 11 AM | Providing for Wild Birds in Your Garden 11 AM, 12 PM, & 1 PM | Live Bird Presentation 12 PM | Malibu Lagoon Birds: Present and Past 1 PM | The Effects of Climate Change on the Birds of North America: What You Can Do to Help 2 PM | Bird Photography: Tips & Workshop
